By accessing or using the GEO Toggle service, website, or any related applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GEO Toggle provides tools that allow website owners to add machine-readable views to their web pages, enabling AI search engines and crawlers to better understand and index their content. The Service includes a JavaScript widget, a configuration dashboard, and related analytics tools.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must provide a valid email address and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without prior written consent
• Use the Service to generate misleading or deceptive structured data

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by GEO Toggle and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your website content. By using the Service, you grant GEO Toggle a limited license to process your content for the purpose of generating structured data views.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You authorize GEO Toggle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

7. Free Tier

The free tier of the Service includes a "Powered by GEO Toggle" attribution link. Removal of this attribution requires a paid subscription. Tampering with or removing the attribution on the free tier is a violation of these Terms.

8. Service Availability

GEO Toggle strives to maintain high availability of the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. GEO Toggle is not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GEO Toggle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. GEO Toggle does not guarantee that the Service will result in increased AI search visibility or traffic for your website.

11. Termination

GEO Toggle reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

GEO Toggle may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
